Interesting & Effective Dryland Training Routine

Watching the bio-mechanics of this drill pretty much sums it all up; developing power, speed, fast twitch muscles, balance, timing, core, hand-eye coordination, endurance etc., etc.

Obviously these are NFL ballers so they can handle the much larger medicine ball, however the lighter ones used during pool leg drills would be ideal for this workout. 

You could literally eliminate all of your other dry-land drills and substitute this one.
