Soma Vogel article: loosely translated from Hungarian

The National team's gate

The FTC's 19-year-old goalkeeper, Soma Vogel has already made trips to karate, but the family tradition as a magnet pulled back into the pool. In addition to a period where the European Cup-winning dad was the coach. And it was worth, on Monday received invitations to the testimony of Captain Märcz Tamás adults.
Tóthpál Zoltán  cite an obvious choice for a pool of stories in addition to a common family meal in the Vogel family, as the two sons, Shawn and Simon currently Ferencvaros adult team player, Dad, Zsolt is now working in Gyor successes as a coach, former player of UTE it was extremely successful in it. So much so that in 1994 won the Champion's Cup teams in Europe in the lilákkal. And if that were not enough the image of the family echte shirt, Zsolt quickly mention the brother Gabor, who was referee. Of course, sport.
In such a family background is self-evident that Vogel Soma also quickly got acquainted with the water polo, even if there was a time when fleeting love almost the other way brought the now 19-year-old goalkeeper talent:
"I was a primary school in the school, when I started pólózni, right, while there was a section in my life when it came up with karate. He then solved it, I went to karate twice a week, and next to it was also three vízilabdaedzésem. Finally, karate was only flares and stayed in Poloni. With my brother we are a Fradin many years, my father worked there, after all, was not an issue ... You feel privileged for having had the FTC was his father could work under his hands, from whom you can learn to over the years, and who tirelessly paved the way:
"an interesting situation where a young athlete's father coached. For this reason, we got comments from several locations, but we have endeavored to show very well ... I really liked working under my father's hand, he still was able to choose the most appropriate form soundproofed. I learned a lot from him, they were beautiful years. "
Although he is very much in front of him marching up the ranks, the first major breakthrough came in 2014, the year when the U18 men's water polo team as a member of the gold World Cup celebrated in Istanbul. Finals against the Spaniards in addition to a kind of 'heroes' role came to him, as it took one Spaniard shot from five meters in battle:
"I am so far this success is most proud of, but I hope that in a few months, the domestically held water world championships enriched further with great success. I would not call myself a hero, because the whole team played very well and accurately in the tournament. "
And there was only one step in the senior national team, the great dream which came true three years later the coach, Thomas Somare Märcz since sent an invitation to the training camp in April.
"I am kept in Budapest, and sat in the car nyomkodtam my phone when the water polo federation's website saw my photos in a moment. Then when I clicked and read the article, I did not want to believe at first that this was happening to me, but later I realized that it was not all a dream. "
Professional professionalism responded to the question, what is the greatest strength:
"Basically, I consider myself a calm, level-headed keeper. I never liked yelling in the pool, this is not my style, although it may sometimes be necessary. Since I am almost two meters, so I can not really jump in the water here and there, instead I like to take advantage of adottságaimat and stretch from the waist to the balls. "
No real role model, look up the most Kásás Hungarian Tamas clear winner, and one of the goalkeepers in the Italian prodigy, holding the best Tempestit Stefano.
And as for the future? For now, just know for sure that no request has not dealt with for some time, and anyway, another live one year contract with Ferencvaros, where he feels great.
But whatever happens, the father is always a father listens to good advice, even if you might feel more and more frequently so that many new things have been unable to tell him ...

Lake Brantley

Great job by our boys and girls at districts. The girls played amazing and where able to execute against an awesome and talented Lake Mary team. The boys pulled off a great win against a tough Lake Mary team and lost to a very tough and skillful Seminole team. Both made us so proud.......Coach Nick Gaffey

Mini-Bio's: Broward County Players of the Year / Strickman & Martinez

The Silent Leader

Sometimes leaders can lead with a few words, nods or just a look. Parker's that guy. In the years I've watched him play I haven't heard a sentence out of him. A four year starter & First Team All Broward County electee Parker leads St. Thomas this season in goals, assists & steals.

The Not-So Silent Leader

South Broward's Senior Captain Maddie Martinez wears her emotions on her sleeve, make a mistake and you'll hear about it. On a team full team stars vying for accolades Maddie calls the shots and is the glue that keeps her team together. This First Team All Broward County player is a true leader.
